Luggageguy.com is currently offering Free Shipping on all orders via FedEx Ground within the contiguous United States. For all shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please call us at 1-800-971-4920 Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Time. FedEx does not deliver to post office boxes, please be sure to include a street address for delivery when placing your order. Items shipped via 2nd Day or 3rd Day Air, a shipping fee will be added to your order as indicated during your checkout. The price for expedited shipping is calculated upon your location and the weight and dimensions of your purchase. Please note that we ship within 1 to 2 business days, but we can not guarantee in-transit delivery times. Actual delivery dates may be subject to freight conditions beyond our control.
2nd Day & 3rd Day Air Shipments are also available.

Returns
If your are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days. We will refund your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee. We charge this fee in order to assure the highest level of quality insurance; all returns are fully inspected and repackaged. Returns made under the manufacturer's warranty are subject to the term of the warranty. You must receive a return label from Luggageguy.com. All returns must be sent back in the ORIGINAL CARTON (this carton provides proper protection and the code numbers are used to improve our shipping and handling).
Please note that if you pay for expedited shipping, that charge is not refundable. Our Free Returns offer is also not available on orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
